1. Educational purpose only
Our content and calls are educational coaching about buying a small business. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and they don't create a professional-client relationship of that kind. Talk to your own attorney, CPA, lender and other advisors before you make any purchase decision.
2. No guarantee of results

3. Free strategy calls
Calls are free and may be held as group sessions. We may reschedule or cancel a call. We may tell you about our paid coaching on the call; you're never obligated to buy anything. Please don't share confidential deal details you aren't permitted to share.
We record our calls, including audio, video and chat, for quality and training. We'll also tell you at the start of each call that it's being recorded. By staying on the call, you consent to the recording. If you'd rather not be recorded, you can keep your camera off and your microphone muted, or let us know before the call starts.
4. Your responsibilities
Give accurate information on our forms, and use the site lawfully. Don't record calls without our permission.
5. Intellectual property
Our materials, including the roadmap, guides, slides and videos, belong to us. You may use them for your own search but may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on our content or calls.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
